Analogue
- Staff notifies the Archives with records to transfer
- Staff prepares a listing of material.
- Unit signs off on transfer.
- Material is transferred to Archives. The unit no longer has immediate access to the material. If records need to be consulted, please contact the Archives.
- The Archives team process the material.*
- Material is available to the public.
Digital
- SharePoint alerts the Archives that records are ready for transfer.
- A listing of material is compiled by the software.
- Unit reviews and approves records for transfer.
- Material is transferred to the Archives. Material is no longer available in SharePoint. If records need to be consulted, please contact the Archives.
- The Archives team process the material.*
- Material is available to the public.
