Individuals wishing to borrow microfilm should contact their local library or other borrowing institution to submit a request on their behalf. Please note that only certain microfilms can be loaned. Users will be advised if their requested microfilm is available for loan. Requests for microfilm should be submitted by institutions such as public libraries, academic libraries, and archives that own a microfilm reader.
